We bake all our products fresh here in the city in our bakery in Tahachal and deliver them to our outlet every morning guaranteeing their immaculate freshness.
Trained hands
Our Founding Partner and Chef was trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and brings contemporary flair to traditional patisserie and boulangerie staples.

We aim to bring the highest quality French baked goods to Kathmandu. The name is inspired by this French context and the traditional Newari sweet – the ‘lakha-mari’.
The products change regularly based on the availability of raw materials (always a surprise, even to us), the seasons and whatever piques Chef’s interest.
